Supporting National Infrastructure, Humanitarian operations and Community Development

Driving Regional Progress Through Reliable, Engineered Transport Solutions

Transeast plays a central role in the development of large-scale infrastructure and humanitarian projects across East and Central Africa. From rail systems to community support initiatives, we provide the heavy-duty logistics that make national and regional development possible

Supporting Kenya’s Largest Rail Project

Fabricated specialized Trailers for Transporting 24-meter Rails
Transeast delivered key components for Kenya’s Standard Gauge Railway, including 150T locomotives transported using a 16-line Scheuerle modular trailer. Our modular axle configurations ensured compliance with government axle-load limits while maintaining stability and safety for these high-value units. We also designed and fabricated specialized trailers for transporting 24-meter rails, ensuring smooth and secure delivery across long distances.

This project highlights our ability to engineer logistics solutions that support national infrastructure development at scale.

NGO Hospital Ship Movement

A Landmark Operation Across Kenya
One of Transeast’s most celebrated achievements is the transportation of a 27-meter-long humanitarian hospital ship—the largest single cargo piece ever to transit Kenya. Donated by the Princess Anne Trust to support healthcare in Tanzania, the vessel required extraordinary planning and execution.
