Scope of Work
•Trailer Configuration:Designed and deployed trailer setups compliant withKENHA(Kenya National Highways Authority) requirements, supported by detailed stability calculations.
•Route& SiteSurvey:Conducted comprehensive surveys, risk assessments, and documented daily toolbox talks for safety compliance
•Risk Management: Perform risk analysis and document daily toolbox talks.
•Load Handling:
—Direct acceptance of cargo from vessel tolay down
—Evacuation of all rails from port for short-term storage pending dispatch.
—Offloading and staging of locomotives at the port prior to delivery.
