The operation required advanced route planning, compliance with regulatory government bodies and specialized equipment to ensure safe and efficient delivery cross borders intoUganda.
 
Scope of Work
•Trailer Configuration: Establish appropriate trailer setupfor cargo
•Route Survey: Conduct detailed route assessments & including the following
oBridge load calculations
oDiversion planning
oSteering radius and stability analysis
•Risk Management: Perform risk analysis and document daily toolbox talks.
•Load Handling: Position load direct ex hook & lash.
•Regulatory Permits: Ensure regulatory permits where applicable from KENHA (Kenya National Highway Authority) & UNRA (Uganda National Roads Authority).
•Escort: As permit stipulations from KENHA & UNRA, escorts & police escorts to be provided.
