Project Overview
The Vine Trust Charity Project required a highly specialized logistics solution to transport a large boat by road from Mombasa to Kisumu. This complex operation demanded advanced equipment, modular trailer systems, and expert coordination to ensure safe, efficient delivery across Kenya’s diverse terrain.

Scope of work
The route from Mombasa to Kisumu required meticulous planning, including:
• Risk assessments for bridge weight limits, road geometry, and urban access.
• Modular trailer configurations for optimized axle distribution and safe passage.
• Continuous checks on load securing, balance, and crane integration throughout the journey.
• Full compliance with Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) guidelines for oversize cargo transport.

Scania R 500 (500 hp) /Goldhofer 5-line modular trailer / drop deck.
• Crane Haulage:
